In this Role you will be Responsible For Timely entry of data and data corrections as and when required. Verifying proper completion of the process and change documentation. Requests Information and verifies it as needed. Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs Processes daily activities and premium reconciliation for members. Organizing and completing tasks according to assigned priorities. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
