Will be responsible for managing staffing, SAP, assignments and travel and expense reports of Engg Function. Will be responsible for developing Power BI for presenting staffing profile and raising requisitions for resource hiring. This position will report directly Engineering Manager. This position is designated as part:time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in:person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in:person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership. Major Responsibilities: : Maintain resource deployment and management of dashboard for the India office for Engineering and publishing Power BI dashboards for senior management. Raise requisitions for all Engineering and : initiate requests for location changes, returning from assignments, or changes in projects and titles. : Add new users and train employees on resource management and deployment tool. Provide support for new users and resolve any issues that arise. : Resolve SAP and resource management tool disparities by taking inputs from Chiefs and providing data to HR advisory for updating in SAP. : Maintain a list of engineering staffing, including joining, resignations, and secondment employees. : Coordinate for secondment employees, including creating and deactivating email IDs, sharing payroll details with relevant teams, and maintaining records for billing purposes. : Track pending DRN's and sharing with Engg Function for timely completion. : Manage Engineering Website for updates regularly. : Onboard new joiners by sharing bun IDs with projects for timely seat and laptop ar
