We are currently seeking a Data Migration Deployment Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). Lead end to end execution and responsibility for all aspects of the project including definition, planning, execution, governance & control, resource and change management. Drives all aspects of IT Project, activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Drives the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives. Provides regular status reports to the data migration leadership team, including Customer business stakeholders as and when needed. Manage project scope and change control and escalate issues where necessary Ensures consistency and adherence to NTT and customer standards, processes, and policies for all projects. Works in collaboration with NTT DATA Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the project is adequately staffed to support the migration plan. Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues. Plans and executes project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members. 10+ Years of overall SAP experience (SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, Data Migration) with at least 5+ years of project manager experience Have delivered at least 1-2 SAP Data Migration projects in SAP S4 HANA Proven experience of managing large end-to-end projects of SAP implementation and data migration projects, Managing large scale transformation ERP implementation and business change projects. Experience of leading and managing teams Proven track record of working with diverse, cross-functional teams that are located both within the local region and in offshore locations. Extensive experience in Management of Global change projects for large scale organizations Extensive experience in Data Migration, specifically for S4/HANA Knowledge of SAP Data Migration strategies and tools, i.e., BODS, Syniti, Information Steward, LTMC, LSMW etc. Knowledge of SAP ADM (Advanced Data Migration) solutions is a plus Experience with S/4HANA Experience with AGILE methodology AGILE SAFe methodology preferred Experience with use of AGILE tools like Jira Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2, PMP or equivalent.
