XPO India Shared Services What you'll do on a typical day: : Lead the development and implementation of automation testing frameworks using WebDriverIO, Appium, and TypeScript. : Design, develop, and maintain efficient test scripts for mobile applications to ensure high quality and performance. : Mentor and lead a team of Mobile QA engineers, providing guidance on automation best practices and tools in mobile testing. : Collaborate with cross:functional teams to gather requirements and ensure understanding of testing goals and objectives. : Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency in automated tests and test framework development. : Monitor and report on test execution results; analyze and communicate defects and failures to relevant stakeholders. : Continuously evaluate and improve the automation testing process for better efficiency and effectiveness. What you need to succeed at XPO: : 9+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role, with at least 2 years in a lead position. : Proven experience as a Lead Automation QA with expertise in mobile automation testing. : Strong proficiency in WebDriverIO, Appium, and TypeScript or any other relevant programming language for building and maintaining test automation frameworks. : In:depth knowledge of mobile application testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices. : Experience leading small to medium:sized testing teams and mentoring junior QA engineers. : Excellent problem:solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. : Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle. : Effective communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
