This role demands a strong ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders, translating financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Developing and driving strategic pricing decisions to enhance profitability and market competitiveness. Conducting thorough evaluations of promotional activities, including ROI analysis, to optimize marketing effectiveness; ensuring we do what is right for the business. Taking ownership of the profitability management for Toothbrush and Personal Care brands. Be the key business partner for Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain, providing financial guidance and support. Leading the forecasting process in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate and insightful P&L forecasts, measuring actual delivery against those forecasts. Overseeing the monthly closing process and the preparation of insightful management reports, including the tracking of key performance indicators. Delivering in-depth analysis of business performance as a critical component of the monthly reporting cycle. Managing the budgeting and forecasting process for Toothbrush and Personal care. Creating comprehensive reports on the performance of new product innovations. Participating in automation and digitization projects within the Finance function to improve efficiency and accuracy.
