Scope of Responsibility Responsible for Purchase order raising in SAP and Ariba. Ensure compliance on POs and issue PO on time. Samples and Production coordination with CMs. Ensure communication to all stakeholders and provide kep updates. Master data management. Specific Responsibilities: Issue POs to CMs : Monthly Issue POs for export clearance to DHL. Weekly Raise shopping carts of EMOs and other purchases (like BG, BSC) - Weekly Coordinate with CMs on production compliance - Daily Review daily production and despatch report - CM - Daily Issue production plans to CMs (contract manufacturers) : monthly (as backup) Participate in CT Meeting (PCP) - Weekly Samples coordination for new products with plants. Pack coordination for “Amazing” image updation. Lane testing for new requirements  - As and when. Raise SKU code in MDGM. Key projects from time to time. 5 years of work experience. Good computer proficiency. Good knowledge of google tools, MS excel. Basic knowledge of SAP, Ariba (optional and preferred) Good communication skills (verbal, written and email communication). Above average scores on qualitative and quantitative tests.
