Key Responsibilities stylemargin:bottom:13.0px: : Manage and process purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely and accurate entry into the system. : Coordinate with internal teams to verify and resolve issues related to purchase orders. : Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail while managing and tracking PO entries. : Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and PO procedures. : Process and follow up on purchase orders and related documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy. : Provide accurate and timely updates on PO statuses and resolutions to internal teams and stakeholders. : Utilize internal systems to track and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company standards. : Ensure all PO entry processes and handling meet established quality and performance standards. : Perform additional administrative tasks and support as required.
