QA Specialist, E-Commerce  Bentley is in the midst of a transformational journey to unify our brand while modernizing sales, marketing, support, and ERP platforms to upscale our user experience and processes across the enterprise. The Digital Business Enablement team is focused on partnering with their stakeholders to deliver world-class enterprise applications focused on streamlining our processes and user experience. To complement this effort, the team is seeking a QA Specialist to support our Adobe Commerce application landscape. The ideal candidate will have experience with designing and executing test plans on the Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform to deliver a seamless and secure digital purchasing experience across a complex product suite. They will understand the Adobe Commerce solution and general eCommerce architecture with the ability to oversee quality assurance within the environment. This candidate will also need to be skilled in confirming the entire end to end with various integration points, the ability to confirm data consistency, and understanding downstream impacts of functional work. The ideal candidate should be skilled in tracking and managing global plans spanning multiple storefronts, currencies, and payment methods. This candidate will also be able to accurately document processes to be used for internal training. If you have a vision of what could be and a belief in driving impact, then you may be the ideal person for this position.    Your Day-to-Day:  Support the technical design and solution architecture to meet business requirements on the Adobe Commerce platform, leveraging AppBuilder.  Design quality assurance and testing plans that are specific to Adobe Commerce and its relationship with other eCommerce technologies (Recurly, Adyen, Salesforce) for the project team.  Efficiently perform manual testing and inspection activities, report issues back to the development team, and escalate potential issues as needed.  Ensure localization is consistent and customer data is properly called within order details.  Relay regression and automation test needs to the respective teams.  Test and optimize functionality, user experience, accessibility, branding, and performance.  Oversee quality management throughout the project lifecycle.   Identify and mitigate risks, standardize project processes, and manage and review defects.  Collaborate closely with the development team throughout the QA process and communicate changes to be tested within UAT cycles with the business stakeholders.  Define and enforce best practices for quality assurance and configuration of solutions on the Adobe Commerce platform.  Communicate test results, report defects, suggest improvements, and provide detailed information to support developers in troubleshooting and resolution.  Document capabilities and usage of the eCommerce platform for internal training purposes.  What You Bring to The Team:  3+ years of experience with quality assurance in the eCommerce/Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform.  Experience with Selenium, Playwright, BrowserStack or LambdaTest is a plus.    Adobe Commerce Business Practitioner Professional Certification.  Agile implementation methodology experience; executing on multiple simultaneous sprints.  Familiar with major 3rd party systems integrations (ERPs, Payment Gateways, 3PL, etc.), in-depth knowledge of Adobe Commerce.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Thorough analytical and problem-solving skills.  A data-driven mentality, following sales and accounts through all aspects of sales.  Ability to work collaboratively with other globally disbursed team members.  A great Team and culture – please see our Recruitment Video.
