Required skills and experience :5 : 10years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Technical Service with demonstrated exposure in chemical industry. :Experience working in coating resin industry is an added advantage. :Proficiency in English and Tamil languages. :Good command in Telugu or Kannada is a plus. :Demonstrated ability to work in a multi:cultural environment. :Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. :Track record in key account management and business / customerdevelopmentin newmarkets or with new products. :Strong hunter mindset to drive business growth. :Sales skills and commercial acumen. :A strong bias towards action leading to commercialization. :Ability to travel. Qualifications :Bachelors Degree inChemistry, Polymer Technology, Paint Technologyor any Science discipline.MBA is a plus.
