Job Summary : Electrical Engineer experience on basic and detailed design and project co:ordination of Electrical works on Infrastructure : Data Center projects. : Has a good knowledge of Electrical System and Physical design, the principles, and practices of related technical areas and of coordinating with other technical disciplines. Candidate should have exposure to Indian, US, Euro and other nations codes/standards and local practices. Major Responsibilities: : Plans, develops, coordinates and reviews engineering work within a discipline on a project or assignment in a global business unit. : Supervises the day:to:day technical work of discipline engineers, specialists, designers and drafters. : Conducts annual performance reviews for direct reports in accordance with approved procedures and holds career development discussions. : Prepares or oversees the preparation of discipline estimates and work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget, and manages implementation and performance accordingly. : Estimates staffing needs and schedules and assigns work to meet schedule dates. : Coordinates with client representatives as delegated to obtain their approval on phases of work. : Reviews and approves key engineering drawings and calculations, including field and design documents relating to the discipline. : Coordinates assigned engineering work with other project groups. : Ensures that engineers supervised receive appropriate on:the:job training for their professional development. : Promotes the creation of a work environment, assisted by leadership, which fosters directness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction. Education and Experience Requirements: : A recognized bachelor's/master's degree in electrical engineering, from an accredited college or university with an overall experience of minimum 13 years. : Site experience will be an added advantage Required Knowledge and Skills: : Power rises on account of AI GPU + Grid availability to handle power rises + Battery backup for each GPU
