Candidate: I analyze each team member’s strengths and weaknesses and delegate tasks according to their abilities, while also challenging them to grow their skills. Additionally, I track the progress of each task and make adjustments when necessary.

Candidate: I only schedule meetings when absolutely necessary, to avoid wasting anyone's time. I set clear agendas beforehand and enforce strict time limits to make sure that meetings stay on track and accomplish their intended purpose.
Interviewer: Can you give us an overview of how you manage budgets?
Candidate: I keep track of all expenditures and forecast future expenses. I then create a budget plan based on these projections, which I review with management to obtain approval. I also track expenses throughout the year to ensure that we stay within our budget.
Interviewer: What is your approach to employee performance evaluations?
Candidate: I provide constructive feedback to employees during performance evaluations, based on their strengths and areas for improvement. I set realistic, measurable goals for each employee and work with them to achieve those goals.
