Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join the team in Newcastle upon Tyne. Thishybrid role offers flexibility with some weekly on-site presence required. Key Responsibilities: * Reporting to the General Manager of the Newcastle site. * Selling the diverse services of the Newcastle facility. * Leveraging experience in liquid manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry. * The ideal applicant will have both commercial and clinical manufacturing experience, but this isn’t essential. * Applicants must be based in the Newcastle commutable area, with clients located across the UK and Ireland. Qualifications: * Proven work experience in liquid manufacturing within the pharmaceutical sector. * Strong background in both commercial and clinical environments an advantage. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work as the sole BD representative for this particular site. * Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid working model. * Driving license and own vehicle is an advantage.
