Ourclient is an Irish-owned artisan dairy manufacturer producing high-quality, small-batch products from locally sourced milk. Operating for over a decade, they have built strong relationships with major national retailers and maintain the highest standards in food safety and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role in a modern, purpose-built plant producing a niche dairy range that includes soft and grilling cheeses as well as yogurts. The role You'll be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality production output while maintaining AA-rated BRC compliance. You'll oversee production planning, staff management, food safety, and work cross-functionally with farm partners to ensure raw material quality. While the role is not farm-based, it does include a weekly alignment meeting with the supply side.
