What You Will Do: - Provide breakdown, preventative maintenance services, and software upgrades to retail weighing and food preparation equipment at customer sites. - Install weighing and food preparation equipment at retail outlets, supermarkets, and independent businesses. - Maintain accurate records, including time sheets and stock management, ensuring compliance with companypolicies. - Operate mobile phone and laptop systems effectively to support your work and meet service level agreements. - Identify and generate new business opportunities while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. - Deliver basic customer training on-site when required, ensuring clients getthe most out of their equipment. What You Will Bring: - Basic electronic hardware and PC software skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. - A proactive and organised approach to managing spare part stock and maintaining accurate records. - Strong communication skills toprovide excellent customer service and identify new business opportunities. - Flexibility and willingness to travel across Northern Ireland and occasionally to the Republic of Ireland. - A commitment to adhering to health and safety standards and company policies at all times.
