Description Overview We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator with German language to join our Employee Lifecycle Team based at our Dublin office. In this role, you will also be part of a Global team of HR professionals supporting the delivery of a superior employee experience. The role will be hired on an initial period of 18 months Fixed Term Contract. Scope of the Role Key responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to): - Be the first point of contact for a broad range of HR queries : managing support requests raised from Hire to Exit. - Process HR transactions, ensuring accuracy of data along with administering end:to:end lifecycle cases (e.g. Onboarding, compensation changes, letter generation, offboarding, etc. - Maintain employees' information in SuccessFactors and associated local and global HR and Payroll systems ensuring it is up to date, accurate and complies with GDPR/Data privacy and protection regulations, legal compliance and Perrigo standards. - Administer leave of absence requests (maternity, paternity, adoption, parental leave, etc.) - Proactively lead / contribute to a variety of initiatives and projects aimed at improving the quality and timeliness of our services, as well as improving employee experience - Support provision of training to end:users and key stakeholders on People Solutions processes - Assist in testing upgrades and new system functionality as needed - Other duties as assigned Experience Required - Previous experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role - Fluency in English and German. Additional language Proficiency is an advantage - HR Qualification or equivalent preferable - Highly organised, with demonstrated attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise, meet deadlines and maintain high quality work - Strong analytical and problem:solving skills, process oriented - Previous experience working in shared services desirable - Previous experience with case management solutions desirable - Advanced knowledge of MS office suite and other key business tools - Knowledge of Time and Attendance and HR systems - Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be a significant advantage - Awareness of relevant employment law and local regulations.
