Ideal candidates will: * Hold a Town Planning Qualification accredited by the Irish Planning Institute. * Have relevant experience in the planning sector. * Be passionate, committed, and eager to contribute to a fast:paced environment. * Demonstrate excellent communication and client management skills. * For more senior roles, experience in managing complex planning projects is preferred. * Have a strong knowledge of Irish planning legislation and high commercial awareness. * Be a member of a relevant Planning Institute, such as the Irish Planning Institute (IPI) or Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
