Key accountabilities; stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Working with experts across varied technology platforms and disciplines to design innovative solutions stylemargin:top:0.0cm;margin:bottom:0.0cm typedisc: : Responsible for guiding the impacted squads in ensuring the deliveries match the expectation of the design and fulfil the requirements : Responsible for working with QA lead/s to ensure the QA Strategy and plan are adequate and robust to prove out and validate the designed solution. : Responsible to co:ordinate decision making and problem solving on issues relating to the design and to the delivery of the change : Expected to provide cross cards : domain experience and knowledge : Expected to act as a conduit to the Technical Card Lead/s and to manage escalations where needed. What you Will Bring ; stylemargin:top:0.0cm;margin:bottom:0.0cm typedisc: : At least 5+ years experience in Software delivery with expertise in one of the streams (ie Design, Build , QA) : Broad knowledge of the following technology stacks: stylemargin:top:0.0cm;margin:bottom:0.0cm typecircle: : Mainframe Batch processing / Microservices / Cards Authorisations / Self Service Devices : Proven ability to work in an agile environment and skilled in ceremonies and tooling : Be a strong and committed team player with the ability to work on own initiative. : Strong communication skills, both written and oral. : The ability to work in a fast:paced multi:tasking environment.
