Job Title: Software Developer Job Description We are seeking an experienced OneTrust Developer to support the implementation and customization of the Privacy Rights Automation / Data Subject Rights module of the OneTrust platform. As part of the digital technology solutions team, you will ensure that the solution design is delivered in line with best practices, embedding standards of quality, reusability, scalability, and configurability. This role involves executing end-to-end development and testing of software products in an agile lifecycle. You will partner with key technical and business stakeholders to refine the product vision, estimate and design a solution, create or customize the requisite software, ensure the quality of the final product through manual and automated tests, and support the new software as it is moved to production. Responsibilities Implement and customize the Privacy Rights Automation / Data Subject Rights module of the OneTrust platform. Ensure solution design is delivered in line with best practices, embedding standards of quality, reusability, scalability, and configurability. Execute end-to-end development and testing of software products in an agile lifecycle. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to refine the product vision, estimate and design solutions. Create or customize software to create the solution. Ensure the quality of the final product through manual and automated tests. Support new software as it is moved to production. Conduct hands-on technical configuration, workflow development, API integration and support to ensure privacy compliance and enhance internal teams' experience. Essential Skills 3+ years of work experience in developing and configuring OneTrust Privacy Rights Automation / Data Subject Rights module. Strong technical background in workflow automation and API integrations within OneTrust. Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into technical solutions. Excellent collaboration skills to work with product owners, legal/compliance teams, and developers. Familiarity with GDPR and data subject rights obligations. Additional Skills&Qualifications Hands-on experience with the Atlassian suite, such as Jira and Confluence. Work Environment The role involves working in an agile, collaborative environment, focusing on the development and configuration of privacy-compliant solutions. You will be engaged in technical configuration and API integrations, ensuring a user-centric approach to enhance internal team experiences.
