You know that person in the office who just gets stuff done? This Internal Salesperson role isn’t about plugging gaps. It’s about bringing in someone solid, someone with common sense, a bit of backbone, and a genuine interest in getting things right for customers.   You’ll be working alongside a Sales Manager I’m currently hiring someone who’ll be growing aluminium plate and bar sales across Ireland. The team is small, friendly, and up for a laugh (as long as the work gets done). There’s a hands-on Ops Director, shopfloor staff who know their stuff, and a general feeling that everyone pulls in the same direction.   Metals experience would be lovely, but it’s not essential, if you’ve worked in manufacturing, sales admin, or a busy customer service role and know how to stay calm when everyone else is flapping….I’m interested. You’ll get proper product training and full support to settle in.  What matters more is your mindset. You’re someone who notices the detail, asks the right questions, and follows through, you like being in the thick of it, you care about doing a good job, not just ticking the box.   I’m not here to oversell this, the business is growing, yes, but it’snot perfect, it’s evolving, and they want someone who’ll help shape how the sales function runs from the inside.   In return, you’ll get: £30k to £35k depending on experience Proper product training A manager who’ll listen and have your back Full-time hours, Monday to Friday A team that pulls together and genuinely gets on You won’t be micromanaged.
