Why This Role? * A varied role with an even split between office:based and shop floor activity * Opportunities to collaborate across multiple teams and functions * Join a supportive team of 21 technical professionals (11 in manufacturing) * Involvement in live projects and the latest technologies in manufacturing systems What Youll Be Doing: * Develop, analyse, and manage manufacturing and assembly projects * Support New Product Introductions (NPIs) and ensure smooth transitions to production * Drive efficiency improvements, process control, and cost:per:hour targets * Create and maintain documentation including standard work and process flows * Lead problem:solving initiatives for operational, ergonomic, and quality issues * Contribute to the design and implementation of jigs, fixtures, and tooling * Analyse bay performance and implement continuous improvement strategies What Youll Bring: * Minimum of 2 years experience in engineering or manufacturing * Strong problem:solving and communication skills * Motivation, initiative, and a team:oriented mindset * Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP and AutoCAD are desirable * A degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a relevant technical discipline Additional Details: * Interview: One:stage, face:to:face * Working Hours: * * Monday: 07:30 : 17:45 * Tuesday:Thursday: 07:30 : 17:15 * Flexibility available on start and finish times * On:site Role: All PPE provided Join a team where innovation, learning, and making a difference are part of the everyday.
