Manufacturing Engineer : Larne, Northern Ireland
Contract: 12 months (likely to extend)
Schedule: Monday:Thursday, 37.5 hours/week
4:day work week : Fridays off
Pay Rate: GBP18.99 PAYE / GBP25.38 Umbrella

What Youll Be Doing:
*
Develop, analyse, and manage manufacturing and assembly projects
*
Support New Product Introductions (NPIs) and ensure smooth transitions to production
*
Drive efficiency improvements, process control, and cost:per:hour targets
*
Create and maintain documentation including standard work and process flows
*
Lead problem:solving initiatives for operational, ergonomic, and quality issues
*
Contribute to the design and implementation of jigs, fixtures, and tooling
*
Analyse bay performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
What Youll Bring:
*
Minimum of 2 years experience in engineering or manufacturing
*
Strong problem:solving and communication skills
*
Motivation, initiative, and a team:oriented mindset
*
Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP and AutoCAD are desirable
*
A degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a relevant technical discipline
