Site Engineer - Large Scale Industrial Projects Location: North West Ireland Start date: September 2025 Employment type: Fixed Contract Copius Group is seeking highly motivated and experienced Site Engineers for long term contract in North West Ireland. Reporting to the Site Manager you will play an integral role in the successful delivery of key projects throughout Ireland and UK. Responsibilities * Interpret and check drawings, specifications, and schedules for construction activities * Planning work schedules for site operatives and trades in line with quality, productivity, and safety goals * Carry out site surveys and provision of setting out and dimensional checking of the works using total stations * Identify and resolve any non-conformance issues during construction phase including recording Non-conformance Reports (NCR) and maintaining the NCR register * Providing technical advice and resolving on-site issues. * Maintaining document register and ensuring all technical information drawings and specifications are up to date * Preparation of final documentation including As Built Drawings etc * Attending client meetings, walk downs and white board meetings as required * Help develop short term look ahead programmes in collaboration with onsite supervisors * Produce weekly / monthly progress reports, as appropriate * Ensure activities are undertaken in compliance with company SHEQ policies and procedures Requirements: * Proven experience in a Site Engineer role * BA (Hons) in Civil Engineering or equivalent * Proficiency in AutoCAD/ Civil3D/ Revit or similar is desirable * Excellent communication&IT skills Applicants should hold a full driving licence and be willing to travel and work throughout Ireland and/or UK.
