Overview/Summary of the Role:
The Marketing Associate is responsible for collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that promote the organization's brand, products or services. The role involves executing the various marketing tactics that have been slated to drive brand awareness, product trials, acquisition and retention of customers. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the team to ensure that campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to achieve the desired results.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to concept and implement marketing campaigns and tactics across various channels such as social media, email, web, and in-store promotion.
• Analyze marketing data and track campaign performance to provide insights and make recommendations for improvements.
• Write marketing copy, create design briefs and coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing assets.
• Work closely with internal departments, vendors and partners to ensure all campaigns are executed on time and with the highest quality.
• Attend industry events and tradeshows, conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape and consistently make suggestions for optimization
• Use market research and data analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning.
• Identify and Execute any promotional partnerships or Sponsorship opportunities- aimed at increasing visibility and driving familiarity.
• Support the marketing team in organizing events or exhibitions and attend as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
Hard Skills:
• Proven experience in Marketing, Communications or similar field
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tactics
• Basic experience with data analysis and reporting
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics and Excel
• Strong copywriting skills
