Our client is recruiting for a Key Account Manager on a full-time, permanent basis in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. The suitable candidate will be working as part of our clients Survey&Robotics team, and will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, maintaining&upholding a fantastic service and client relationship, Daily Duties and Responsibilities: * Managing key client relationships, building rapport&understanding the wants and needs * Be the focal point of contact for clients, working to identify and produce solutions for any issues * Strong communication with the workshop and technical support teams ensuring ordered products meet quality standards and run to schedule.
