Your role will involve close collaboration with users across all the sites to gather and comprehend their business needs. You'll be pivotal in developing and sustaining BI reporting systems, as well as ensuring the security of our ERP platform. Additionally, you'll play a key part in delivering top-notch customer support, always prioritizing the needs of the users. Your expertise will extend to being thoroughly acquainted with the ERP solution roadmap, allowing you to guide the organisation effectively through its evolution.
