We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of IT Communication Carrier Management Manager. HSBC is a global bank and we have a large network infrastructure spanning the globe, supported by 130+ carriers. We are establishing a global team to manage our carrier infrastructure and multiple vendors. In this role, you will: stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Lead a telecommunications IT carrier management team to manage vendor activities. : Build strong relationships with both in:country and international carriers and play a proactive and pivotal role in annual contract negotiations. : Establish standard reporting across the entire carrier base in relation to SLAs and KPIs for service quality and delivery. : Drive MTTR reduction via continuous service improvement and trending of MI. Work with Capacity Manager to ensure bandwidth requirements are met. : Point of escalation and seen as an SME within HSBC to address carrier issues across different stakeholder groups : Work with internal teams to maintain an accurate inventory along with Annual recertification of third:party circuits : Identify opportunities to optimize carrier spend.
