You could be the one we are looking for! 95 - 120 per day, depending on experience Full-time, Monday - Friday 8.30am to 4pm Term time only SEN specialist in mainstream secondary Keynsham - BS31 This role will include leading classes and developing children's skills in their learning. A Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will be expected to teach and cover classes in teacher's absences using their planning to continue students learning without disruption. The senior leadership team are supportive and hands-on to support their students and ensure the utmost development in order to grow and thrive. Within this role, you may be asked to carry out intervention tasks to support students lacking confidence as well as assisting students who need additional support with their learning. What we look for in a Higher Level Teaching Assistant Hold HLTA status or have extensive previous teaching assistance experience Be capable of preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals, smalls groups or the class as a whole.
