POSITION: Area Sales Manager– Northern Ireland SALARY: £45,000, (depending on experience) plus bonus, pension, healthcare&company car LOCATION: territory to cover Northern Ireland A new opportunity has arisen to join a market leader who sell their product through independent retailers, (showrooms) buying groups, and national customers. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth through a range of accounts. Key Responsibilities will include: - * To develop and implement plans with targeted customers to drive significant growth in line with objectives. * Achieve budgeted sales targets. * Achieve sell-in targets for new product displays. * Optimize display coverage for all current products. * Communicate&initiate national promotions&customer individual promotions * Maximise stock sales where appropriate through the group trade solutions. Candidates background and experience: - * Ideally a minimum of 5 years proven sales experience. * A background within a wholesaler/distributor/independent environment. * Experience of dealing with Distribution Partners&retail showrooms * The successful candidate will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a desire to drive increasing the overall sales performance. * Team player with good inter personal skills. * A“hunter” with a passion for sales and excellent customer service.
