As a key member of the Corporate and International and Transactions Team, you will gain access to interesting and high:profile Mid:Market clients as well as being part of a vibrant and creative culture. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the largest Independent Tax Consultancies in the UK, in a Senior Transactions Tax role. You could be located in proximity to any of the following offices : Birmingham, Nottingham, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, London or Glasgow. As Corporate and M and A Associate Partner, you will advise on both the buy and sell side of a variety of deals, with involvement in UK, and international transactions, across a range of sectors.
