My client, a highly:accomplished, well:respected Multidisciplinary Consultancy is currently searching for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their accomplished team of expert engineers, based in the bustling, diverse city of Birmingham. Essential Criteria: : Extensive experience in the Structural Engineering consulting sector, having worked across a range of commercial and residential projects : A Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Structural Engineering, or other similar discipline : Demonstrable experience of industry:based project management : Knowledge of the relevant section agreements, such as S106, S278, etc., and other industry standards : Experience of managing stakeholders across the public and private sectors, with particular commercial knowledge and awareness : Good working knowledge of a range of software packages, including AutoCAD, Tekla, etc. It would also be beneficial for applicants for the role of Senior Structural Engineer to possess the following: : Chartered Membership of a recognised Professional Body (or proactively working to attain Chartered Status) : Excellent communication skills, with some experience of stakeholder management : Good time management skills, with the ability to remain flexible and adaptable across a range of projects : A willingness to engage with a variety of projects, with a view to proactively developing your career In the varied role of Senior Structural Engineer, you will join an expert team of engineers and designers within the industry.
