GBP34,000 : GBP38,000 NonStops client, based in the North West, is looking for a Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis. This role will involve building up your own caseload of foster carers within the Blackburn/Lancashire area. You will be involved in the recruitment, assessment, and supervision of carers, allowing you a chance to build strong and lasting relationships with carers. The agency is a family run, child:centred IFA with an Outstanding Ofsted rating. They value a great team atmosphere where everyone supports each other and steps in to help when needed.
