Randstad Education is partnering with a leading childcare provider in the Bognor Regis area to find a dedicated and compassionate Key worker to join their team. About the Role: * Full:time, term:time only: Monday to Friday, 9am:4pm, with a staff meeting on Wednesday from 5pm:6pm. * Salary: NJC Grade 6 (GBP13.69 per hour) * Make a Difference: Create a positive and nurturing environment for children, supporting their growth and development. * Be a Keyworker: Develop a strong relationship with a small group of children, providing individualised care and support. What Youll Do: * Plan and deliver engaging activities that support the childrens learning and development. * Create a safe and stimulating environment where children can explore and learn. * Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent and nurturing approach to care. * Communicate effectively with parents and share information about each childs progress. What Were Looking For: * Experience working with young children. * A genuine passion for supporting early childhood development. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. * Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child development. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
