About the Role: * Schedule: Full:time, term:time only * Monday to Friday, 9 AM : 4 PM * Staff meeting on Wednesdays from 5 PM : 6 PM * Contract: Temp to Perm * Salary: NJC Grade 6 (GBP13.69 per hour) * Impact: Foster a nurturing environment that promotes childrens learning and development. * Keyworker Responsibilities: Build strong, supportive relationships with a small group of children, offering personalized care and guidance. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and implement engaging activities that enhance childrens learning and development. * Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for exploration and growth. * Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a consistent, child:centered approach to care. * Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on each childs progress.
