About the Higher Level Teaching Assistant Role: * The Higher Level Teaching Assistant will support the class teacher and cover lessons when required. * The Higher Level Teaching Assistant will support classroom routines, planning support where necessary and assessing pupil progress. * The Higher Level Teaching Assistant will work collaboratively with teachers, senior leaders, and external professionals. The Ideal Higher Level Teaching Assistant Will: * Have recent experience supporting * Be confident supporting or delivering lessons in the teachers absence. * Be a proactive, professional, and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant . * Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills. Requirements for the Higher Level Teaching Assistant : * Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing ). * Two references covering the last two years. * Right to work in the UK. * Availability for full:time, long:term work as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant .
