The Role * Meet and exceed individual and team new business revenue goals * Establish foundation for hospitality, events and premium seating relationships * Sell upgrades, add:ons, and ask for referrals * Build strong relationships with acquired account base through proactive communication including seat visits, phone calls, emails, meetings and other touchpoints * Effectively communicate all team happenings, events, and available inventory * Have full product knowledge of the match day/non match day facilities offered and to communicate these to either customers or members of staff * Build an extensive knowledge of competitor clubs/businesses and products for both matchday and non matchday * Be proactive, respond to and resolve all customer complaints, requests, and inquiries from account base; handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner * Ensure ticket member information and data are accurate and complete for accounts * Make outbound sales calls where necessary to maximise hospitality and event sales * Liaise with accounts department to ensure all invoicing is dealt with appropriately and promptly * Liaise with Executive Head Chef regarding food pre:orders and dietary requirements to ensure smooth running of all match days and non:match day events * Be pro:active in putting forward suggested actions/ideas to achieve the departments revenue targets * Ensuring you have a good understanding of food safety including allergens * Attend department meetings * Assisting and completing any other tasks required by the Matchday Hospitality and Events Manager. * As a member of staff to ensure in all matters, you follow and actively promote the clubs mental health policies and practices to ensure an open, non:judgmental and inclusive environment for everyone engaged with the club. * As a member of staff to ensure that you to adhere to the clubs safeguarding policies and procedures and are committed to their safeguarding values, creating a safe and positive environment for all those who interact with the club. * Obligation to adhere to the clubs health and safety policy and procedures. * As a member of staff to ensure in all matters you follow and actively promote the clubs equality policies and practices to ensure a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for everyone engaged with the club.
