About the Role We are looking for both Planners and Senior Planners who are keen to contribute to our success and take the next step in their careers. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a range of residential and commercial planning projects from inception to completion. * Provide expert advice on planning policy and regulations to clients. * Prepare planning applications, reports, and documentation. * Work closely with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to achieve successful planning outcomes. * Mentor and support junior staff, helping them grow in their careers. * Keep up:to:date with the latest planning legislation and industry trends. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: * MRTPI status (or working towards it). * At least 5 years of planning experience (we may consider slightly less experience for exceptional candidates). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. * A proactive approach to problem:solving and a passion for delivering results. * The desire to progress your career within a rapidly growing, forward:thinking consultancy.
