Come and play your part in providing excellent customer service to our loyal fans! We are looking for a Stores Manager to lead and manage all store-related areas of operation. You will lead on visual merchandising and oversee shop floor moves, promotional activities and product launches. As part of this role you will develop, motivate,and manage the stores teams, to ensure everyone has a passion for delivering great customer service. This role is fast paced, non-stop and demanding.  But it's also exciting, rewarding and most importantly, fun! Your retail background Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of leadinga team, with the ability to motivate others and deal with conflict when required.  Friendly, welcoming and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you, and you'll always look to exceed expectations.  Excellent communication skills such as good telephone manner and empathy skills are a must. The successful candidate will be creative with an acute attention to detail.
