Head of IT - FMCG (previous FMCG experience essential) - South West England - Permanent role -£100-100K An excellent opportunity to take up a key role in a very large FMCG organisation. Taking responsibility for the technology roadmap for the UK business, you'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels (including C-Level) to understand the business drivers, capture and analyse marketdata and information, and create and deliver a technical roadmap to align with those goals.  You'll need excellent communication skills and deep experience in a fast moving, FMCG environment. You'll need demonstrable experience of reacting to commercial situations with technical solutions and ofincreasing business value through technical implementations and innovations.  You'll be responsible for delivering on the roadmap through a matrixed organisation so experience of building teams and harnessing internal capability is vital.  A background as IT Manager, Head of IT or IT BusinessPartner would be ideal.
