The successful HSEQ Advisor will be required to have experience with externally audited management, a skill in mentoring and coaching on site and have an basic understanding of street works and involvement with accident investigations. Key duties of the role include: Support the site teams with H&S Promoting positive H&S culture Deliver the framework that promotes and encourages an organisational culture that champions an incident free environment. Delivering basic H&S training when needed Work alongside the safety team to implement a positive safety strategy The ability to travel across the South West and Wales.
