The Role As a Senior Associate in the Private Client team, youll work closely with high:net:worth individuals, families, and business owners, advising on probate, estate administration, tax planning, and trusts. Youll play a key role in managing complex probate matters, supporting clients through sensitive and technical issues with empathy and expertise. Key Responsibilities: : Handling probate and estate administration, ensuring clients wishes are carried out smoothly. : Advising on inheritance tax planning, succession strategies, and trusts. : Drafting and reviewing wills, lasting powers of attorney, and tax:efficient structures. : Managing and resolving disputes related to estates and trusts. : Leading client meetings and collaborating with financial advisors and tax specialists. : Mentoring and supervising junior team members, supporting their development.
