Residential and Valuation Surveyor Permanent Bristol / Bath A GBP 55,000 : A GBP 65,000 Working Hours: 09:00 : 17:00 (flexibility) Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with an established surveying solutions business with a broad client base across the UK. Due to a period of Growth, they are looking to expand the Surveying team within 3 different Areas. Main Responsibilities of the Residential and Valuation Surveyor * To carry out Level 2 and Level 3 surveys for residential properties. * Preparing thorough, clear, and accurate reports for clients. * Identifying property defects and providing expertise recommendations * Managing client relationships and offering high:quality advice. * Ensure all surveying work complies with industry standards and regulations. Experience and Skills required * RICS Qualified: Assoc/MRICS/FRICS Also be a member of RICS VRS (Valuers Registration Scheme) or able to join. * Experience undertaking Level 2 surveys, Level 2 Survey and valuations, Help to Buy Valuations, Level 3 surveys ( or a willingness to move up to Level 3s if not already doing) * Ideally 2+ years Post Qualification Experience (but not essential) * Full Clean Driving License * Access to your own Vehicle.
