Main Responsibilities for the successful Business Development Executive: This is a customer-facing role that will see you building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. * Be a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing client expectations. * Work closely with Management teams to develop and implement new account strategies to meet the objectives and drive business growth. * B2B Sales / including new leads generation. * Oversee the delivery of any major IT or telecoms projects for your clients ensuring we meet and exceed their expectations. * Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. * Develop customer proposals in collaboration with the presales team, and lead customer communications through to completion. * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions, projects, and agreements. * Conduct regular client meetings, conference calls, and presentations to build strong relationships and foster trust. * Attend industry events and conferences to stay current with emerging trends and to provide a presence. * Partake in a periodic personal development process, and training, to build on your existing skills and expertise. Main requirements for the successful Business Development Executive: * Excellent IT sales experience (minimum 2-3 years) - ideally from an MSP or similar B2B background * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal teams. * Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong experience of the operating systems (Office 365 for Business/Networking and Server products/ Cloud storage such as Azure) * Ability to take responsibility for managing a territory to achieve target and key performance indicators. * Ability to organise and coordinate complex activities within interrelated schedules and timelines, to demonstrate sound judgement, and task orientation. * A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations. * People person with a great personality traits and sense of humour ! What we offer to the successful Business Development Executive: * Negotiable Salary £35,000-£45,000 per annum+ Bonus * Monday to Friday- office based. * Unrivalled career development prospects and opportunity to progress. * Pension and Holiday ( 20 days + bank holidays + allowance to purchase extra holidays and carry to following year). * Gym attendance is paid up to 50% per month (up to £50). * 50% paid up to £100 for one off physical challenge events – e.g. tough mother, marathon etc. * Up to 2 full volunteering days per year (prior notice and permission). * Day off for your child’s first day at school.* Your birthday off paid.
