Role Description The Office Manager will be responsible for the efficient operation of the office and general administrative duties. This position will also be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced environment, be detail oriented, and possess a high level of responsibility. Responsibilities * Manage phone calls, correspondence, and e-mail * Maintain office supplies and order * assist with PQQ's, accreditations&marketing materials * Order office supplies and purchase office equipment * assist the contract teams with live projects * Maintain office filing system and recordkeeping * Maintain office diairies * Book travel * Assist with some purchasing * Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, faxing, etc. * Perform other duties as assigned by Directors, supervisor or manager.
