The role of General Assistant will include: : Providing a waiter service in our in:house restaurant, taking orders, serving food and drinks : Assisting the chef with food prep and cleaning : Manning the bar and operating an EPOS till system : Providing an efficient service in a luxury environment for the owners, family, and friends : Assisting in creating a homely atmosphere to the owners : Accurate cash handling and reconciliation duties at the end of shifts : Ensuring that the highest level of customer care and service are maintained at all times Skills and experiences: : Able to demonstrate a competent level of numeracy and literacy : Some experience of bar work in a hotel or other residential setting : Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties : Good communication and customer care skills Are you ready to be your best?
