What would I be doing day to day? Key duties: * Supporting the full onboarding and offboarding process including all paperwork, screening processes and updating the relevant systems * Acting as the lynchpin, communicating expertly with the team, keeping them on track and providing accurate hand offs * Creating in:depth reports and dashboards from various data sources * Accurately maintaining all employee records, ensuring deadlines are met * Acting as the first point of contact within the People inbox, redirecting queries where necessary * Supporting during crucial cyclical processes including annual bonus and salary reviews, utilising advanced Excel knowledge and mail merges * Administering engagement surveys, then analysing and presenting the data to the wider team * Working with the Payroll and Benefits partner to ensure all records and documents are in place * Administering the LMS system, providing reference requests and any other ad hoc tasks What is the company looking for? * Minimum 4+ years experience in a People Operations role * Confident analysing and manipulating data to provide insights * Confident user of Excel at an advanced level * Experience within a financial or professional services environment * System savvy, experience with ADP beneficial * Prior experience of supporting payroll Our commitment to these values is unwavering : across all our work in recruitment, and in our training and development programmes.
