Are you an experienced chef who can teach others at an Events and Cookery School ?

Were seeking a talented Sous Chef for a one:of:a:kind culinary school that blends hands:on teaching with high:end event catering. This role offers a balanced schedule , a solid team, and the chance to share your skills with enthusiastic learners.
The Role:
* Modern European focus : pasta, fish, meat prep, and garnishes
* Teaching element : guide corporate groups through cooking classes (up to 80 guests)
* Varied hours : 32:40 hours/week (shifts: 8AM:3:30PM or 3PM:10:30PM)
* Work:life balance : quieter periods offset busier weeks (e.g., Christmas at 45 hours, August at 32 hours)
* Team culture : long:standing team that love their job
The Ideal Sous Chef:
Ao... 2+ years in fine dining (Rosette:level or similar)
Ao... Confident in core skills : pasta making, butchery (chicken/fish), garnishes
Ao... Engaging personality : fluent English, cheerful, and customer:facing
Ao... Team player : happy to clean down and support colleagues
Ao... Adaptable : thrives in both teaching and service environments
