The High Net Worth (HNW) Relationship Manager role is focused on clients with Total Relationship Balances of between GBP 1.5m and GBP 4m. The role holder will be expected to grow their knowledge of the wider Private Banking business with a view to managing portfolios with higher value and potentially more complex clients in the future. In this role you will: : Manage client relationships with complex banking, lending and investment needs with HSBC. : Provide an outstanding client experience in line with the demanding expectations of the HNW target client segment : Maintain and grow profitable long:term relationships with existing clients whilst sourcing and onboarding new to bank clients from within the agreed referral channels. : Support your aligned HNW Wealth Manager in the overall achievement of common financial objectives : Deepen client relationships whilst improving portfolio income generation. To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: : CISI Level 4 or other equivalent regulated qualification : essential : Experience of managing client relationships within the target HNW segment either within a Private Banking or Wealth Management environment : essential : Excellent knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements : essential : A solid understanding of the range of banking, lending and wealth solutions available to clients in this segment : essential : Highly effective communication skills both with clients and internal stakeholders This role is based in London.
