Key Responsibilities: * Sales (70) : Focus on generating new business through corporate events, group bookings, MICE, and building relationships with clients to drive revenue. * Marketing (30) : Develop and execute marketing strategies to support the sales efforts, including managing social media and coordinating promotional campaigns. * Use CRM platforms to manage customer relationships effectively. * Attend trade shows and other outreach activities to engage new clients and build brand awareness. * Lead and manage a Sales Coordinator who will report directly to you. * Focus on increasing group bookings and corporate sales while building long:term relationships with clients.
