Qualifications : BA Honors or Master's Degree in Social Work : Registered with Social Care Wales. : Eligibility to work in the UK : Full UK driver's license and access to vehicle (if applicable) : Completed Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) : Minimum of3 years post qualified experience : Team work and interpersonal skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast:paced healthcare environment. : Empathetic, patient:centered approach with a dedication to providing high:quality care. : Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team The assignment is for 37HPW, Monday : Friday.
