About the Role We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE to join our client's team, working alongside their commercial property partners. The successful candidate will assume an existing caseload and will have real career prospects within the firm. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Property, you will handle a diverse range of commercial property transactions for developer, investor, landlord, and tenant clients. Our clients include a mix of commercial entities and landowners, with typical matters including sales, purchases, funding, landlord and tenant transactions, option and promotion agreements, among others.
