This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate : or someone close to completing an RTPI:accredited degree : to begin their career in planning with a company at the forefront of land promotion in the UK. Applications from Human Geography graduates will also be considered, provided there is a willingness to undertake a part:time RTPI:accredited Planning MSc (typically at The University of Manchester). Youll be joining an established in:house team of land and planning professionals, working on a diverse, nationwide portfolio of residential and mixed:use development opportunities. The Role As a Graduate Planner, you will support the planning team to promote strategic land opportunities through the planning application process and Local Plan allocations.
